Communicated with team regarding agendas and workflow daily; created call sheets, travel itineraries and other organizational and scheduling documents; booked crew members and locations for shoots; created and managed archival logging; communicated with interviewees and crew, produced shoots on location in NYC, Philadelphia and Boston and remotely in Atlanta, LA, New Jersey, Chicago, and London; assisted in interviewing; worked with director on script development for PBS American Masters documentary W.E.B. DU BOIS: REBEL WITH A CAUSE, directed by award-winning director Rita Coburn, featuring Jeffrey Wright, Common, Courtney B. Vance, Eddie Glaude Jr., Henry Louis Gates Jr., Eric Foner, Nikole Hannah-Jones, and Viola Davis (as narrator). As post-production coordinator, edited rough cuts of trailer, teaser and credits sequences; organized and kept track of all VFX sequences and titles, incoming archival masters, photo restoration needs, notes on music, notes on sound, notes for online, organized credit list and created and managed deliverables in comprehensive spreadsheets, documents and folders for film. This project will air on PBS American Masters in May, 2026 and at various film festivals across the country.

SATISFIED and I’M YOUR VENUS premiered at Tribeca Film Festival in 2024 and SATISFIED screened nation-wide in theaters October 2025.
